Every plan includes the whole app — scan & pack verification, shelf locations, unlimited orders. Plans differ on one thing only: how many warehouse staff can be signed in with a PIN.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from the Plan page inside the app.

What counts as a staff PIN
Warehouse staff sign in to the scanner station with a PIN — they never need a Shopify account or seat. Your plan caps how many staff members can be active at once; deactivating someone frees their slot immediately, so seasonal staff don't force an upgrade.
Billing questions
- How am I charged? Through Shopify Billing, as a flat monthly subscription on your Shopify invoice. There are no per-order or per-scan fees.
- Can I change plans? Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Plan page in the app. Downgrading below your active staff count asks you to deactivate staff first.
- What happens if I uninstall? The subscription is cancelled by Shopify. See the Terms for the full detail.
