Terms of Service
The terms under which you use PickForge, the warehouse scan-and-pack app for Shopify.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing or using PickForge (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store on which you install it.
2. The service
PickForge provides warehouse tooling for Shopify stores: a scan-and-pack verification flow, label-driven and picklist picking, shelf locations, staff PIN access, and fulfillment (with tracking) of merchant-managed fulfillment orders. Barcode verification substantially reduces packing errors but does not guarantee error-free fulfillment — you remain responsible for your shipments.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep staff PINs confidential and deactivate PINs of staff who leave.
- Ensure product barcodes/SKUs in Shopify are accurate — verification is only as good as your catalog data.
- Review fulfillment and tracking data before relying on it for customer commitments.
4. Billing
Paid plans are flat monthly subscriptions billed through Shopify Billing. No usage fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plan page; charges already incurred are handled per Shopify's billing rules.
5. Data
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and the Protected customer data disclosure. In short: zero customer PII is stored.
6. Warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination & changes
You may terminate by uninstalling the app. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
